A few things to know.
Do colleagues need an account?
No. Colleagues use your contribution link to add their name, message and optional photos. They don’t need to register or pay. Only the organizer needs an account.
Who can see the messages?
The organizer reviews the contributions and chooses what to include. Contributors can’t see other messages through the form. Anyone with the separate reading link can open the finished version, so share it carefully.
Will you print or ship my book?
No. You receive a digital book and a printable PDF. You can print the PDF yourself or use a print service of your choice.
Can someone change their message later?
Yes, using the private edit link shown after submitting. It works while contributions are open, before the deadline and while the book is still editable. Anyone with that link can edit the contribution.
How much does a team memory book cost?
Start a free 30-day draft without a payment card. Pay USD 19 once per book to unlock the finished digital book and PDF, with up to 50 contributors, 80 pages and 90 days of editing from the first confirmed payment. There is no subscription.
How long can we read the book online?
Paid books have 90 days of editing, followed by seven days to download finished files. Save the final PDF while downloads are available; the online reading link is not permanent storage. Your downloaded copy can be kept on your own device.
